Personalized Guidance, Your Results.
Habit Tracking
Change, big or small, requires tweaks to your daily routine. These adjustments have a tendency to stick if you track your success over a period of time. At Honed Conditioning we help you to identify the changes most beneficial to you to move you toward your health, fitness and/or weight loss goals. These habits are then tracked until they become a part of your lifestyle. New habits are added as older ones become second nature.
Nutrition Optimization
Through education and collaboration, you decide which nutrition goals to tackle to meet your health and fitness goals. The idea is to find your personal balance between optimal health and quality of life. Progress can be made without perfection- life is not an all or nothing endeavor.
Heart Rate Training
Tracking your heart rate during excercies lets you see real results immediately and positive change over the long term. It allows you to be consistent by minimizing the potential for injury and over training. The biggest changes occur when you push yourself just a little harder than you did before and this is measureable through heart rate. Heart rate training helps you ensure that you achieve lasting results without any of the guesswork by guiding you in real time throughout the workout.
Progressive Training Plans
Complimenting heart rate training is a personalized training plan that is adjusted each week depending on several factors including progress, recovery, scheduling, and stress levels. This allows you to work out consistently, the biggest key to life long health and continual change. With feedback and an open dialogue between you and your coach, you help determine the course of your training for the coming week.

Nicole Johnson
Lifestyle Change Specialist
Nicole is a certified Bioforce Conditioning Specialist, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and NASM certified. A core belief is that food is not just fuel, it is one of the simplest and most enjoyable aspects of life. She believes that good nutrition, good health, and an enjoyment of food can coexist. She is constantly active, with experience in a wide range of sports including MMA, jiu jitsu, powerlifting, bouldering, track and field, half-marathons, cross country, and soccer. She is passionate about helping people achieve greater health, mobility and freedom by simple lifestyle and nutritional adjustments, as well as achieve goals that may have only once been a dream. She believes that everyone is capable of change, no matter how big or small, and that all change leads to bigger results over the long term.

Conditioning and Nutrition Coaching Package
$320
per month
Package includes:
- Ongoing communication through text, phone, and email with your coach, with responses generaly within 3 hours, and no more than 48 hours.
- Zoom, in person (where applicable), or phone call onboarding to get to know one another, identify and establish initial goals, and answer questions
- Personalized nutrition and action plans
- Weekly updated training plans
- Once a week check-ins to make adjustments as needed
- Client list capped at 13 people to ensure quality and time for members
